POINTS FOR CONSIDERATION

Prices - All prices are subject to change.

Credit Cards - We accept all major credit cards.

For Your Protection - We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing or accessories. Please keep all valuables with you during your visit. We also ask that you wear a smock provided for protection of your clothing.

Cancellations – We require 24 hours cancellation notice on single service and 48 hours on multiple service appointments. All appointments of $100 or more must be guaranteed with a major credit card or pre-paid. If proper notification is not given, guests will be charged 50% of treatments scheduled.

Groups – For parties of 2 or more people we require a deposit of 50% of total service cost to hold booking. If cancellation notice of 48 hours or more is given, deposit will be refunded in full. One host needs to be responsible for the entire group’s fees. An 18% gratuity will be added to fees.

Punctuality – We set up our schedule to permit the proper amount of time to complete each service.  Your punctuality is greatly appreciated so our other clients do not have to wait for their services. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will try to accommodate you to the best of our ability.

Appointments – We recommend that clients schedule their next appointment prior to leaving the salon. This enables us to better accommodate your schedule and eliminates clients calling at the last minute and not being able to get an appointment.

Staff Selection – If you feel you would be more comfortable or better served by another staff member – or if you’d just like to get a fresh point of view – please let us know. Our staff understands and appreciates clients trying the special talents of all our artists, to ensure they are always 100% satisfied.

• Senior citizens discount 10% off on Monday – Wednesday only.

• In order to provide you with a soothing environment, children are not permitted in the salon unless they are receiving a service, or there is someone to supervise them while you are receiving a service. Children are not permitted in the Spa under any circumstances.

• A gratuity of 18-20% is always appreciated.

• For the consideration of other salon clients please limit cell phone use in the salon.
