International Salon and Spa Terms  & Conditions

• For Services Offered. We offer a range of beauty and wellness services, including but not limited to haircuts, coloring, styling, facials, massages, manicures, and pedicures .Prices for services may vary based on factors such as treatment duration, complexity, and stylist expertise. Please refer to our pricing list for details.

• For Appointment booking, clients can book appointments online through our website, via phone, or in person. Appointments are subject to availability, and we recommend booking in advance to secure your desired time slot. Cancellation or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Payment Terms. Payment for services is due at the time of  service or upon completion of the service. We accept cash and  G-Cash. A deposit may be required for main services or for bookings during peak hours.

• Cancellation and No-Show Policy. Clients who fail to cancel or reschedule their appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged 10 % of the full price .

• No-Refund Policy. Refunds may  provided in the form of credit towards future services or a touch-up for the certain service.

• Client Conduct. Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other clients at all times. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in refusal of service and removal from the premises.

• Health and Safety. We maintain strict hygiene and sanitation protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients and staff. Clients with any medical conditions or allergies are advised to inform their service provider prior to treatment.

• Liability Waiver. By booking an appointment with International Salon and Spa, clients acknowledge and accept any risks associated with the services provided. International Salon and Spa is not liable for any injuries, damages, or adverse reactions that may occur during or as a result of treatments.
